The Touche Ross RoundTable was the first nation and company wide use of Appreciate Inquiry. This study transformed the way Appreciative Inquiry was being used by David Cooperrider and his colleagues from Case Western Reserve University. John Carter designed a process in which thirty up and coming leaders each interviewed ten of their partners in the firm. These interviewers then gathered with the top leadership group in Montreal Canada and created provocative propositions that were presented to the entire partnership of 350 for their revision, validation and acceptance. Two written documents related to this AI intervention are available on this web site. Understanding AI from a GestaltOSD perspective made this intervention possible. Bill Bradshaw championed this project and Jame Miller, the Managing Partner was the Sponsor, the client was the top leadership group.
