John Carter & Associates and the GestaltOSD Center have served as consultants to forty plus, mergers, (acquisitions, and takeovers).  Thirty Six of these organization change projects were in Canada and except for one merger where the protocol was not followed, all of the mergers exceeded expectations, including making the financial business case that had been projected. This document gives a brief outline that reflects our stance when we are supporting an organization to lead and manage a complex change effort with the complexity present in any merger integration effort.
