THE TOUCHE ROSS ROUNDTABLE; NATION WIDE AND COMPANY WIDE INTERVENTION

This video tape was developed and used by fifty of the partners in Touche Ross & Co, to self instruct themselves in the techniques of conducting an Appreciative Inquiry Interview. It was a very creative and innovative intervention for training accountants and consultants to conduct an interview in a manner very different than the custom in their professions.
